| I got an email from the youth pastor's wife (Living Proof-High school ministry at TRBC that I am trying to get involved in) last night.
It's funny how your life can change in one very instant by someone who you don't know and you can be totally innocent. Please say a prayer for this family:
"Please be in prayer for the Barrack family.... The family was in a head on
collision tonight... [Sunday] . The father and son are in Roanoke Hospital....
The mother is in Lynchburg General.... and they had to air lift Jen [who is in
Living Proof] to Charlottesville Hospital. She is critical condition with head trauma...
They were hit by a drunk driver. ... Please keep the family in your prayers.....
Tim is hoping to get more details in the morning..... We will let you
know.....Theresa
One high school girl's life...about to be changed forever...
When we are overwhelmed with the trivial things of life and think we can't go on any longer, please don't forget how blessed we are to even have trivial things to overwhelm us.

| God in His providence has a thousand keys to open a thousand different doors in order to deliver His own, no matter how desperate the situation may have become. May we be faithful to do our part, which is simply to suffer for Him, and to place Christ’s part on Him and then to leave it there. Difficulty is actually the atmosphere surrounding a miracle, or a miracle in its initial stage. Yet if it is to be a great miracle, the surrounding condition will be not simply a difficulty but an utter impossibility. And it is the clinging hand of His child that makes a desperate situation a delight to God. --Streams in the Desert |
